Description:
This vintage stoneware pottery vase is approx.. 6 1/8” high
x 5 ½” wide.
The piece is glazed in a
dark blue mottled glaze.
It is marked “McLean,
Athabasca Clay” on the bottom.
The vase
has three (3) base chips and some surface scratches.

Thomas McLean was a founding member of the Athabasca Ceramics Club,
Alberta, Canada.
The club was started on
November 6, 1961 and continues today as the Athabasca Pottery Club.
