ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE AUTHORIZATION, and the RMA NUMBER clearly written with a copy of the EBay order inside the box. Packages without the RMA and a copy of the order will be REFUSED and sent back at the expense of the buyer.
All Returns will have an electrical and mechanical inspection. We do not accept returns on electrical parts that have been installed or used in any way. Returned electrical parts must be in resalable condition. If there is any shipping damage or damage to the product we will not issue a refund. Shipping cost and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. We Strongly recommend insuring all returns for the full purchase price and using the original or equivalent packaging. We do not accept returns beyond 30 days from the date of item delivery. All Returns get a 20% inspection/re-stocking fee plus the original shipping cost.
