damages done in shipping must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the
item.  We WILL NOT  be held responsible for damages that occur after you receive
the item in good condition, or damages that may occur from improper installation

Replacements for items damaged in shipping will be shipped
immediately if photos of packaging and item are provided.  You will need to
retain the broken item until instructed how to proceed with the broken
