Estate owner celebrated 50th wedding anniversary in 2008,  had to put his wife into a nursing home, was living is a very big old home and was sadly selling off all his treasures, their memories together. None of which she does now. Now this needs a very good polishing, of which I have very little of to do such a big task. We have been in a lockdown situation for over 6 weeks now and a month more to go according to government orders. So this is not really an ‘essential’ product to purchase at this time. I sure do wish a lot of my buyers would grasp this concept of slow delivery and limited quantity and or unavailability of shipping supplies. So selling in tainted condition for new buyer to have all the fun Birks silver is renowned for ease of clean up and does maintain a polished sheen for longer than the majority of silver on the market.
Items are dent free. Decanter has a tight fitting cap to prevent evaporation and a screw on cap at the spout. 12″ tall. 8 goblets martini shapes which were a very popular party drink in the 1950-60’s. 4.5″ tall.
